Maintaining long-term relationships

Genesis chooses to do a deal on its merits alone. Another company with a larger staff might feel the pressure to do a deal to demonstrate performance or to cover overhead, even if it would not be the best use of company’s resources. At Genesis, we would rather pass on a deal if it does not ideally meet our criteria or fit our skill set.

All deals are done in a team

At Genesis, all assignments are taken on with the collective team, allowing each transaction to be examined by each member of the company. We collectively make go or no-go decisions at each juncture, applying the expertise of all to each challenge.
